1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Kudos Kids mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Igloo Ventures ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Description of Service

Kudos Kids is a family-oriented mobile application designed to help parents manage household tasks and reward children for completing chores. The App includes:

• Task creation and management for parents
• A virtual currency and reward system
• Island progression and gamification features
• Push notifications and real-time updates
• Family account management

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use Kudos Kids, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Age Requirements

Parent/guardian accounts must be created by individuals who are at least 18 years old. Child accounts are managed by parents/guardians and are intended for children under the direct supervision of the account holder.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the App
• Collect or harvest user data without permission
• Use the App in a manner that could damage our reputation

5. Content and Data

5.1 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the App, including task descriptions, photos, and reward information. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, display, and process this content as necessary to provide the service.

5.2 Data Processing

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, graphics, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Igloo Ventures and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of any information
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Igloo Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Igloo Ventures, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
